Returns and exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll be happy to make it right. Due to the nature of our home fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. Unused products in their original, unopened packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

Shipping and delivery

To return your product, a delivery agent will collect it and replace it for you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
